Antea offers a wide range of top-level product brands, services, and entertainment. Antea has functioned as an economic driver for the state of Querétaro, generating approximately 2,500 direct and 5,000 indirect jobs, and encouraging the development of the area with hotels, housing, retail, and leisure facilities.

Thanks to the construction and success of this project, this plaza has become established in record time, with superb levels of sales in most of its units, a situation never before achieved in the interior of the country. Antea has 93% of its area in operation, corresponding to 75,260 sqm of space for rent, making it the second-largest shopping mall in Latin America. The profitability of the mall has increased considerably, and this in turn has led growing numbers of brands to seek a presence in the city for the first time.
