As its name suggests, Andamar refers to a promenade by the sea. On this occasion, one located in Boca del Rio, Veracruz. The first phase involved the development of a shopping mall as a pleasant promenade through the dense planting typical of the region, with natural light oriented towards the comfort of the user and panoramic views out to sea. This phase comprised three retail floors and four underground parking levels.

The U-shaped retail promenade offers users ample space for socializing, with restaurants, fountains, water features, planting, terraces and constant views of the sea, while offering a spectacular selection of stores that previously had no presence in the state of Veracruz. Andamar is a new icon and trigger social interaction, investment, tourism and employment, as well as generating value in its urban context.

The distribution of the ground and first floors is similar, offering double-height promenades, wide and spacious circulation routes, and attractive structures beneath the saw-tooth roof, which is oriented in such a way to let in natural light while ensuring the interior remains a pleasant temperature. The second floor houses a cinema complex, bowling alley and food hall, incorporating a large terrace and sea views.
