Raúl Gutiérrez is a professional with solid experience in investments, capital markets, and financial strategy. As Investment Director, he oversees the trust’s investment strategy, asset management, mergers and acquisitions initiatives, and capital structure, and also leads investor relations and market communications.

Since joining in 2019, he has been a key contributor to FibraSOMA’s growth and positioning, participating in the successful execution of its initial public offering of approximately US$2.0 billion and its first international bond issuance of US$600 million. His focus is on driving financial efficiencies, strengthening long-term value creation, and executing disciplined portfolio expansion.

Prior to FibraSOMA, he built his career in investment banking and asset management at international financial institutions such as Credit Suisse and Pictet Group, participating in complex financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investments. He is a graduate of ITAM and holds an MBA from London Business School, a background that supports his strategic vision and comprehensive understanding of global financial markets.
