Paola Valencia holds a Law degree from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur and a Master’s degree in International Trade from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Her professional career has been developed primarily in real estate, corporate, and contract law, with a focus on large-scale transactions.

Since joining the group in 2012, she has played a key role in consolidating the legal structure of the real estate projects. Currently, as Legal Director of FibraSOMA, she leads the negotiation of credit facilities, purchase and sale and leasing transactions, contract structuring and review, the incorporation of companies, and the legal operation of trusts—ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Prior to her time at FibraSOMA, she headed the Real Estate Law practice at various law firms and companies in the sector, bringing a comprehensive and strategic approach to legal negotiations. Her experience and legal judgment directly contribute to the trust’s institutional strength and long-term value creation.
