Jesús Mejía is a Certified Public Accountant and an executive with more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, real estate, and hospitality. His career combines a strong technical background with a deep understanding of capital markets and real estate trusts.

Before joining FibraSOMA, he served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where he led and participated in financial audits of listed trusts, including asset stabilization processes, CBFI issuances, and compliance with financial covenants, working under NIF, IFRS, and US GAAP standards. This experience enabled him to strengthen internal controls, transparency, and the quality of financial reporting.

Currently, as Financial Information Director at FibraSOMA, he is responsible for the structuring and analysis of financial information, cash flow optimization, and providing financial support for strategic decision-making—contributing to market confidence and the creation of sustainable value for investors.
