Javier Sordo Madaleno de Haro
Javier Sordo Madaleno de Haro has a degree in Architecture from the Universidad Iberoamericana. In 2005 he joined Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, and since 2010 he has been the Director of Architecture. Javier currently has under his supervision more than 120 architectural projects of different types in and out of Mexico. Along his direction important projects have been carried out such as Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen and Amelia Tulum (WAF 2018 winner project in the “Future Projects – Residential” category) in Quintana Roo, Hyatt Regency Andares, Corporativo Andares, Midtown and The Landmark in Guadalajara, Solaz in Los Cabos, Sohl in Monterrey, Parque Toreo, Ruben Dario 255, Origina and Artz Pedregal in Mexico City, as well as the largest mixed-use development in Mexico with the tallest tower in Latin America: Reforma-Colón.
