Cíntia Vanucci Vaz Guimaraes is Senior Vice President of Investments at Cadillac Fairview. She joined Cadillac Fairview in 2014 and brings more than 25 years of transactional experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and real estate. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview, she held progressively more senior positions at TozziniFreire Advogados in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and project finance. In her current role, she is responsible for strategic acquisitions, divestitures and investment management in Latin America. Cintia holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Jurisprudence from the New York University School of Law, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a concentration in Private Law and Civil Procedure from the University of São Paulo.
