Bárbara Ochoa Woodworth is Managing Partner and co-founder of Interlogix II, a fund specialized in logistics developments with a focus on urban last-mile verticalization. She is responsible for the fund’s strategy, the structuring of investment vehicles, and relationships with institutional investors. Previously, she served as CEO and partner at Grupo IGS, where she led a portfolio with more than USD $900 million in assets under management, overseeing capital raising for private industrial funds, the successful divestment of the CKD IGSCK11, and the capital expansion of the CKD IGS3CK17.

Earlier in her career, she held several positions within Grupo IGS, including Partner and CFO, leading financial strategy and capital raising efforts. She also worked at IBM Mexico and Bain & Company. In addition, she has actively participated in industry organizations, including AMEXCAP, where she chaired the Real Estate Committee, and she currently serves as a board member at Rio Capital.
