Bárbara Ochoa Woodworth is a board member and senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in private equity, real estate, technology, and capital markets. She has completed executive education at Harvard Business School, holds a master’s degree from IPADE Business School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Her career includes leadership positions at Grupo IGS, where she served as CEO, Partner, and CFO, as well as at Interlogix II, where she was Managing Partner. She also held roles at Bain & Company and IBM Mexico, building extensive experience across strategy, investment, operations, and business transformation.

Her leadership has focused on the institutionalization of investment and real estate platforms, strengthening corporate governance, capital raising, investor transparency, and ESG metrics.
