Mexico City. Under Construction.
This new phase is located on the Ferrocarril de Cuernavaca Avenue with Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Boulevard and unifies different typologies –commercial, corporate, hotel, museum, and public– with the purpose of amplifying the Antara presence within its cultural and urban context.
The Antara Extension will be noticeable from the distance inside the growing Polanco skyline, due to an elegant tower of 42 levels and a commercial volume that extends over the surface of the plot. The tower will house hotel rooms in the first levels, while the corporate offices will be concentrated in the last levels.
The focal point of this new phase is situated in the interior where the commercial area coexists with different green areas, such as a sunken green courtyard in the center and a sky garden, and cultural spaces, like an art gallery and an open forum. These new cultural areas will be connected to the city by wide entrances that will increase their visits and break the barrier of the typical mall.
