Antara Expansion

Mexico City. Usos mixtos

Antara was undoubtedly the catalyst for the development of the district now known as Nuevo Polanco in Mexico City. By envisioning a new urban destination that seamlessly integrates premium office space with retail, dining, and entertainment, Antara set a new benchmark for the area's growth, as well as for the architectural quality and character of subsequent developments.

The project played a pivotal role in the comprehensive transformation of the district, driving the development of new residential, office, retail, and cultural destinations—including the Soumaya Museum and the Jumex Museum—while also contributing to significant improvements in transportation infrastructure and overall connectivity.

The expansion will also introduce a new tower featuring premium office space and the city’s first Rosewood hotel, further reinforcing the project’s commitment to exceptional quality, thoughtful design, and world-class hospitality. On the retail side, Antara’s expansion will add new shops and restaurants, further enriching the destination’s offering and enhancing the overall visitor experience.

The Arte Abierto Foundation will open its third exhibition space with a new outdoor cultural project.

Currently, the project has reached approximately 77% construction progress and maintains 100% occupancy across its commercial spaces. The inauguration of this new phase of Antara represents a historic milestone not only for the development itself, but also for the Polanco area and for Mexico City as a whole.
