Today, with its expansion, Antara seeks to continue with the same philosophy that has guided the project since its beginnings, always respecting the urban context. The new stage envisages the creation of a central park that will offer visitors a green space for coexistence, rest and connection with the environment.
The expansion will also introduce a new tower featuring premium office space and the city’s first Rosewood hotel, further reinforcing the project’s commitment to exceptional quality, thoughtful design, and world-class hospitality. On the retail side, Antara’s expansion will add new shops and restaurants, further enriching the destination’s offering and enhancing the overall visitor experience.
The Arte Abierto Foundation will open its third exhibition space with a new outdoor cultural project.
Currently, the project has reached approximately 91% construction progress and maintains 100% occupancy across its commercial spaces. The inauguration of this new phase of Antara represents a historic milestone not only for the development itself, but also for the Polanco area and for Mexico City as a whole.
