For the fifth consecutive year, SOMA welcomed students from the Global Master’s in Real Estate Development at IE University (Madrid). The group, composed of 20 students from 13 countries, visited our offices as part of their international academic program.

During the session, key topics related to Fibra SOMA were discussed. Fibra SOMA is a real estate investment trust focused on the acquisition, leasing, and management of premium real estate assets in Mexico, highlighting its strategy, portfolio, and growth vision.

Students had the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into the current portfolio of operating assets, as well as the project pipeline across different stages of construction and development, providing a comprehensive view of the REIT’s growth and consolidation strategy.

The session was led by Carlos Fainsod, CFO of Fibra SOMA; Jesús Mejía, Director of Financial Reporting; and Rosalba Rojas, ESG and Communications Director, who shared their experience and perspectives on the portfolio’s performance, structure, and future outlook.
