Ánima Village comes to life with an opening night of brands, art, and community in Cabo del Sol.

December 8, 2025

Ánima Village came to life with a private opening that gathered over 1,500 guests—local community members, partners, creatives, and international visitors—for an evening that revealed the spirit of this new destination in Los Cabos. Conceived as a contemporary village, the event unfolded as an emotional and sensory journey, where every detail reflected Ánima Village’s core values: a deep connection to the landscape, a strong sense of community, and a curated mix of experiences that bring together art, culture, gastronomy, and design.

Designed as an invitation to gather, explore, and celebrate, the village welcomed guests into its open-air architecture, gardens, and plazas. The natural setting, paired with the unpredictability of the evening rain, reinforced the essence of Ánima Village: a place shaped by its environment and meant to be experienced collectively. The night was defined by meaningful encounters, spontaneous moments, and a shared energy that carried throughout the village.

Food and drink played a central role in the experience, offering a journey through local flavors and contemporary interpretations rooted in Baja’s culinary culture. As the evening unfolded, different corners of the village became gathering points—spaces to pause, reconnect, and enjoy the rhythm of the night.

Art, movement, and storytelling were woven throughout the event. Performances and interventions activated the public spaces, inviting guests to engage with presence, imagination, and play. Along Ánima Village’s pathways, moments of surprise sparked curiosity and connection, while poetry and live expressions captured fleeting emotions and personal interactions in real time.

A defining moment of the night was the debut of Arte Abierto Baja, Ánima Village’s experimental platform for contemporary art. The inaugural installation, created on-site with locally sourced materials, emerged as a sculptural reflection of the destination itself—its mineral landscape, its process of construction, and its collective spirit. Conceived as a living piece, it embodied the dialogue between place, art, and community.
As the night continued, music took over the village’s main plaza, transforming it into a shared dance floor where sound, movement, and atmosphere came together. The celebration continued late into the evening, carrying a sense of joy, openness, and belonging that resonated across the village.

This opening marked more than the launch of a new destination—it was the first expression of Ánima Village’s vision: a place where nature, art, wellness, and gastronomy coexist, and where every experience is designed to foster connection, inspire discovery, and deepen the relationship with the landscape of Los Cabos.

Now open, Ánima Village welcomes visitors into a living destination shaped by community, creativity, and a profound respect for its surroundings.
