A FIBRA (Real Estate Investment Trust) is a vehicle that invests in real estate acquisition or construction for leasing purposes, or in rights to receive rental revenues. In the case of FibraSOMA, it operates through a trust and issues certificates listed on the stock exchange.
Investing in a FIBRA provides access to the real estate sector through the public market, with the potential to receive distributions (subject to the generation of distributable cash) and with a framework for periodic disclosure of information in accordance with applicable regulations. It also offers exposure to a diversified asset portfolio and tenants.

FibraSOMA is internally managed through its fiduciary structure, as well as a corporate governance framework that includes a Holders’ Meeting and a Technical Committee. The trust has a trustee, common representative, and Manager in accordance with its operational and contractual structure.
The initial issuance of certificates took place on February 22, 2021. FibraSOMA’s Real Estate Trust Certificates (CBFIs) are listed on the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA).
CBFIs are securities issued by a FIBRA that represent the holders’ participation in the trust. They are traded on the stock exchange, and their performance is linked, among other factors, to the operational and financial performance of the real estate portfolio.

The purchase and sale of CBFIs is carried out through stock market intermediaries, not directly with the issuer in ordinary market transactions.
There is no minimum amount set by the issuer. The investment amount will depend on the intermediary, its operating policies and commissions, as well as the market price of the CBFI at the time of the transaction.
