Ju\u00e1rez, una zona con alto valor hist\u00f3rico y fuerte potencial de regeneraci\u00f3n urbana. Su ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica le permite funcionar como un conector clave entre la colonia Ju\u00e1rez, la Condesa y el Centro Hist\u00f3rico de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"soma-text-read-more__wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"soma-text-read-more__content\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>La visi\u00f3n es crear un distrito integral de usos mixtos, concebido como un catalizador de transformaci\u00f3n urbana, mediante la reurbanizaci\u00f3n de calles y la consolidaci\u00f3n de ejes<br \/>peatonales que conectan el proyecto con el Z\u00f3calo y Bellas Artes.<br \/><br \/>El desarrollo integra m\u00faltiples componentes de gran escala: una torre de aproximadamente<br \/>60,000 m\u00b2 con oficinas, residencias y hospitalidad, incluyendo un hotel Aman con 62 habitaciones y 22 residencias; un campus corporativo de Santander con cerca de 65,000 m\u00b2 de oficinas; y un componente comercial de aproximadamente 45,000 m\u00b2, concebido como un distrito urbano m\u00e1s que como un centro comercial tradicional.<br \/><br \/>El retail se organiza como una plaza abierta y permeable, con cuatro niveles de comercio,<br \/>restaurantes, caf\u00e9s y espacios culturales, integrando edificios hist\u00f3ricos restaurados.
