At FibraSOMA, we understand sustainability as the creation of long-term value. Our ESG strategy is focused on strengthening the resilience of our portfolio, managing relevant risks, and generating positive impacts for our stakeholders.

To define our strategy, we began with a materiality assessment conducted in 2023. In line with the results of this exercise, our ESG efforts prioritize environmental management, while continuing to strengthen the social and governance dimensions.

1. Environmental

Our main strategic focus is on mitigating environmental impacts and adapting to climate change, prioritizing operational efficiency and the sustainability of the real estate portfolio.

Waste management and promotion of the circular economy

2. Social

We seek to create safe, inclusive, and functional environments for the people who are part of our internal and external communities. We aim to foster strong relationships with our employees and the communities around us.

3. Governance

Strong governance is the foundation of responsible and ethical management. We strengthen our decision-making, control, and compliance processes to ensure the trust of our stakeholders.

Sustainable Development Goals

We believe in doing our part, which is why we align with the 2030 Agenda.

The SDGs are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. The SDGs consist of 17 goals and 169 specific targets that address a wide range of global challenges, from poverty eradication to climate action and gender equality.
