Mexico City, May 28, 2026. – As part of The Real Estate Show 2026, organized by the Mexican Association of Real Estate Developers (ADI), Ánima Village, a project developed by SOMA in Los Cabos and part of FibraSOMA’s strategic portfolio, was awarded second place in the ADI Awards 2026, one of the most prestigious recognitions in Mexico’s real estate industry.
The award ceremony took place during ADI’s annual gathering, held on May 26 and 27 in Mexico City, bringing together developers, investors, business leaders, industry experts, and government officials to discuss the economic, urban, and investment trends shaping the future of the real estate sector in Mexico and Latin America.
The ADI Awards recognize the country’s most outstanding projects and companies for their contribution to urban, architectural, and economic development. The ceremony was led by Clara Brugada Molina, Head of Government of Mexico City, alongside members of her administration, who presented awards to the sector’s most notable developments. In this year’s edition, Ánima Village received second place in recognition of its design-driven approach, integration with its natural surroundings, and its ability to create meaningful experiences in one of Mexico’s premier tourism destinations.

During the event, Bosco Quinzaños Oria, President of ADI, highlighted the importance of the real estate industry as a catalyst for investment, job creation, and urban transformation, noting that ADI members are projecting investments exceeding US$18.4 billion nationwide in 2026.
