Carlos Fainsod holds a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, his career combines technical, financial, and strategic expertise across both public and private environments.

Throughout his career, he has worked with listed real estate companies and represented private funds, bringing a comprehensive perspective on capital markets, financial structuring, and real estate portfolio management. In 2025, he joined FibraSOMA as CFO, strengthening the trust’s institutional financial approach.

As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for financial planning, budget discipline, risk management, and providing financial support for strategic investment decisions contributing to financial and operational stability, as well as long-term value creation for FibraSOMA’s investors.
