Joris Houben is an investment and corporate strategy professional with international experience in the real estate sector. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Materials Science Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven.

Before joining SOMA, he worked at Boston Consulting Group in Mexico City, where he supported strategy and finance projects across Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

Since 2018, he has focused on real estate investments and asset acquisitions, as well as capital markets transactions in both equity and debt, covering analysis, valuation, and financial structuring.
